Mandala Flow | Curtsy Lunge, Warrior III and the Hip CAR
In this video class we use a kinetic stretching exercise in a mandala format. Use this pattern to strengthen the lower limbs focusing on the hip joints. Once the pattern/sequence is understood, the movement can then be loaded to create more feedback (force) in the tissue.
