Jeffrey has been teaching movement and yoga full time for over 10 years. He has studied numerous styles and lineages earning various certifications in the process. Jeffrey is the author of the Yoga Framework “course book”. He has been featured on Yoga Journal, Spartan TV and other prominent media outlets. In addition to being trained in sports and yoga, Jeffrey also holds the FRC & FRA certifications.

Sarah Flaherty

Sarah is the co creator of Yoga Framework and currently works as a mobility specialist with a local NFL team. Sarah’s love for yoga created a path of joy, understanding and respect with herself and others. Following the motto “always a student” paired with her educational background in biology gives her an insight on the workings of the human body and it’s functions. Sarah has a degree in Biology, minor in sociology, as well as certifications in functional range systems (FRC&FRA)

Max Peña

Movement enthusiast, kinesthetic connoisseur, avid gym rat, teacher & student of Yoga (all 8 limbs), spiritual theorist, and most important dad to two little rockstars.

The last 9 years in the industry has given Max so much insight on the human body, fitness training and nutrition. Max is a NASM Certified Personal ( and Professional ) Trainer/Corrective Exercise Specialist and also certified in Functional Range Systems (FRC).
