Description

Why a Course Book?

A curriculum for the physical practice aligns theory and creates standardization. We may not know the limits of the mind, however when it comes to the physical body there is a general consensus of how it functions and moves. This general framework is used for yoga and most physical activities.

This book takes a unique approach by bridging the gap between yoga and other physical movement modalities like strength training, mobility work and more.
