Mandala Flow | Lunge, Half-moon, Warrior III, High-Squat
In this video lesson we use a kinetic stretching exercise in a sequenced flow. The mandala sequence can be repeated and reversed (performed backwards).
Once the pattern/sequence is understood, the movement can then be loaded to create more feedback (force) in the tissue. Use weighted progressions only as strength increases.
