Elbows and Wrists | Is wrist pain holding you back from exercising?
In this video class we practice a mobility sequence focused on the articulations in the elbows and wrists. Perform these exercises on a regular basis to strengthen and protect these joints for more advanced movements. Specifically pay attention to how palmar flexion is created and applied in the wrist. This will allow for proper isometric resistance in planks and other weight bearing exercises on the hands.
