My class is meant for all skill levels. Each pose will be demonstrated at least once on video while still keeping the pace class via verbal cues for those in need of a good cardiovascular workout. There will be some Intermediate level postures, but beginners can do modifications.
Keeping in mind that there is no such thing as a “one size fits all” approach to practice, Michael’s classes encourage individuals to focus on their personal physical and mental goals. His clear instruction provides an all encompassing offering for beginners, as well as for more advanced students. Proceeds from all of Michael’s classes are being donated to Grace Community Services in Jersey City, NJ to help benefit those in the greatest need of assistance with food and housing.
