As a former gymnast, Kolette began adding yoga into her daily routine to help with past injuries. She loves practicing inversions and often can be found hanging out upside down. After 7 years of consistent practice, she sought out and completed her 200 hour Yoga Framework teaching certification with a focus on alignment and mobility. With a passion for travel, Kolette has attended yoga retreats in Thailand and Austria and hopes to one day host her own retreat.
