Erin received her RYT-200 hour certification from Yoga Framework which incorporates a blend of yoga styles including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Katonah. She fell in love with yoga because of the unique physical movements as well as the peace and healing it brought to her life and she hopes to inspire the same passion in others.
